Applied physics

The field of Applied Physics aims to educate graduates with an independent and creative approach to experimental work in the fields of physical experimental techniques. The department educates students with an emphasis on high professionalism in the fields of mathematical-physics, electronics and instrumental physics, computing and programming, in experiment control, modern electronic measurement methods and organizing the metrological tasks in the production processes. Deep training is specialized in three optional fields:

  • Experimental particle physics and astrophysics,,
  • Applied photonics and metrology,
  • Nuclear spectroscopic methods.
